How MoBee handles data for Rider, Partner, and Corporate Commute.
1. What we collect
Phone numbers, names, location during trips, vehicle and KYC docs for partners, work email for Corporate Commute, and payment metadata (not full card data when using Razorpay).
2. How we use it
To match rides, verify partners, run Corporate Commute matching, support, fraud prevention, and product improvement. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
Trip parties see what’s needed for the ride (e.g. first name, vehicle). Corporate Call/Message stay in-app without exposing phone numbers. Processors like Razorpay receive payment details as required.
